The "Love-Love" fanfic contest took place in late 2005-early 2006. In which the subject was to do some kind of Ronin/Robyn pairing fic. Every contestant got a scene drawn from their fic by me. Winners also got to request an extra picture. Thinking of doing another fanfic contest one of these days. Maybe with a broader range of subjects.

Fanfic Contest Results!

1st Place- Racing Home By: South

I cannot say enough good things about "Racing Home". It was a very sweet one shot, though it could leave room for more. (Which I would LOVE to see a sequal to. *hint, hint* ;) But this fic really made my heart start fluttering with all the fluff and cuteness. Also, there were things elaborated on that I only hinted at in my fics which really showed me that not only did this author read my works, but they payed close attention to detail. All the characters portrayed here felt very much in character and to the spirit of how they were portrayed in my works.

2nd Place- Robyn and ***** Sitting In a Tree By: Hatashi

This one placed high not only because it was freaking hilarious, but also for sheer length. No one else came close to the volume of this one and you can tell the author really put quite a bit of time into it. This fic had a very unique spin on the subject of this contest. The only reason this fic didn't place first was that her Sage was quite a bit different than the one in my stories. However, if you have read my Ronin fics, I highly suggest this one. I garantee you will be quite entertained.

3rd Place- Rain By: Aurora

I liked how in this story, the author actually tried to answer the question that I get quite often. Who did meet Robyn in the airport and what happened afterwards? I really liked the description used in this story. Also, the characters were portrayed closed to how I have portrayed them in my fics which was also something I was looking for.

Unfortunately, there could be no reader's choice award. I didn't even get as many votes as there were entries so I threw that out. Thank you to those very few who took the time to do it anyway. I appreciate the participation.
